The importance of leadership
The Queen Bee
The queen is morphologically different from all the others because she is the only fertile bee in the colony, so she is the mother of almost all the bees in the hive. She is the one who manages and makes sure that everything goes well for the production of this precious honey.
The Meeting Leader
It is important that a person take the lead of the meeting, i.e. a good leader is a person who leads the meeting, communicates the right information, clarifies the points discussed if necessary and mediates in due course. The leader is often assisted by a person who is in charge of following the agenda and respecting the time. The individual first and foremost
Each bee has a specific job to do. Whether it is the queen bee, drone or worker bee, each of them contributes to building the hive and ensuring the survival of the species through collaboration.

A swarm of bees is responsible for the pollination of entire crops. They form a very organized and collaborative colony. Moreover, without the swarm, we would not have any good honey to enjoy.
A work team is a group of individuals who come together to share a common goal and succeed in a business project. They share the problems to be faced, but also the successes. We are more effective in a group because we can exchange, discuss, and solve with different points of view.
Job title and related tasks
Bees may not live very long – perhaps one month in summer and six to seven months in winter – but they do various tasks during their short life. Surprisingly, they would perform up to 7 different job functions during their bee life: cleaning, nanny, architect, honeycomb construction, food handling, hive ventilation, daycare, and foraging.
Each employee has different job functions in the organization and performs tasks that complement his role in order to successfully carry out different team projects.
The importance of communication
For bees, the Waggle Dance is the way to communicate a direction to their sisters towards an essential resource: a new source of pollen or water, for example.
For us, of course, dance is a way of expression, but not in the office. In our current environment, social media, emails, and collaborative tools dominate the way we communicate with each other at work. Even the telephone is sometimes forgotten by some.
